PERSONAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ATTENDEES:
- Proper personal photo identification MUST be presented for each individual requesting admission to the show. Acceptable photo identification includes a driver’s license or citizenship card. Non-photo identification such as a credit card will not be accepted.
- Each individual requesting admission to the show MUST produce his/her own photo identification.
- Individuals may not vouch for another person’s employment or spouse.
- All badges will be held for pick-up at the show. Individuals must provide the proper personal photo and business identification before picking up their badge.

MANDATORY BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION FOR STORE OWNERS, STORE EMPLOYEES, APPRAISERS AND GEMOLOGISTS:
The following THREE pieces of business identification MUST accompany your registration application:
- Copies of invoices from three different suppliers of jewellery purchased within the past year
- A business card
- Copy of your store lease OR a valid, retail vendor permit. If the retail store is a new business, documentation of a retail operation (such as invoices, leases or vendor permit) is required

MANDATORY BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION FOR WHOLESALERS
Wholesalers MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE by August 31st. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.
The following THREE pieces of business identification MUST accompany your registration application:
- Copy of invoices from three different suppliers of jewellery purchased within the past year; invoices must total a minimum of $10K
- A business card
- A valid vendor permit

JCK TORONTO WILL NOT ADMIT:
- Manufacturers, importers, exporters, suppliers, loose stone dealers or jewellery designers other than exhibiting firms
- Appraisers or gemologists employed by jewellery manufacturers
- ‘Fringe’ buyers, such as premium buyers not directly connected with the jewellery industry
- Persons operating from their home or flea markets
- Persons under the age of 16 (including infants); proof of age must be provided if requested
- Media, except by invitation only
Reed Exhibitions does not issue letters of invitation for the purpose of applying for a visitor visa. Immigration Canada has advised us that a letter of invitation does not determine whether or not a visa is granted.
